Amazing movers. I called several companies and although they were all pretty much similar in pricing, what got me was that they don’t charge an additional heavy item fee!! Two people came on time and they were extremely detailed in everything as to not damage my furniture or the houses! They did not use any coverings or padding, but they really didn’t need to as they were THAT meticulous. Their strength was also amazing as I do have heavy pieces of furniture. I’ve never worked with such professional movers and have had to use different companies each time. I will definitely recommend and come back. In fact, I made sure to put them in my contacts!

We highly recommend using Roy Mathis Moving. We had been on the road in an RV for two years, and had our things in a storage unit while we were traveling. We now have a condo and needed to have all the items in storage moved to our new condo. It was a 5 star experience from the start. Ava answered our questions and scheduled the move. We heard rain was coming on our move date, so called Ava again and she was able to reschedule us in the same week. On move day we showed up at the storage facility, and John, the owner, was already there. The movers, Andrew and Cesar, arrived shortly after us with the truck. John even stayed for a while to ensure everything was going well. Andrew and Cesar arrived at the condo and immediately started unloading. They took down the bed we had been using and put up our bed in a flash, as well as moving everything where we asked them to put them. There were no hidden costs and their rate is very reasonable. The guys were friendly and efficient. We were very pleased with the service and are so happy we didn’t have to move all our stuff!Thank you to everyone at Mathis Moving for your excellent service and saving us from what would have been a week of moving for us. You truly are the best!

Awesome, awesome company. Talked to John even before they opened at 8. He picked up my call and explained my situation and I needed to move a couple of pieces of furniture the same day. He requested I call back at 8 (time of opening) and speak to Ava. Ava has the greatest customer service skills. She kept in contact with me to through out the morning to confirm if they could move my furniture the same day. Long story short, called at 8am, by noon they were picking up my furniture and delivered by 1 pm. Totally recommend them!!! I sure will call them again.

I cannot say enough great things about the three men who moved us. Kelly, Mark and Lawson were amazing. They were professional, courteous, polite and efficient. They’re also very funny!!!

FABULOUS!!! Very Professional, on-time and impeccable service. And you can’t beat their price!They moved us from two separate two-story homes into a Three-story. They were exceptionally considerate and concerned about not scratching walls or damaging anything. Can’t believe how fast the team moved everything! Exceedingly courteous and willing to relocate a couple of items when we changed our minds……without a single complaint! We recommended them to two other friends who experienced the same quality of service.

I had some large potted plants and a few other heavy items I needed moved on my property. Movers were early, fun to talk to and very professional.

I have hired a many movers in the past and Mathis Moving has been by far, the best one! They are very efficient, very professional and provided such great customer service! I highly recommend them. They were so helpful and was considerate on how to put the boxes and things away at our new home. They put them away nicely on shelves in the garage and made sure there was space to walk around so I can easily go through the boxes. While they were packing, I mentioned how I was donating some of the items they were packing. When they unloaded at the new house, they made sure to put those donations items together and easily accessible. This type of customer service is amazing. They packed up our things and moved them as if it was their own. From my very first call to them, until they finished the job…5 stars!

Mathis Movers are an A+ company!!! We sold our home and the first movers we hired (Meat Head Movers) were horrible. They left us on moving day for invalid reasons and forced us to find another comany on the last day our escrow closed! Left me in a panic. Thank God Mathis Movers came to our rescue and went above and beyond with helping us by coming the next morning bright and early. Showing up with several guys prepared and organized. Moved us is in such a timely manner and broke down our beds and placed things in the house according to what we labled on the boxes and arranging our furnature where we would need it. I did not have to move to many things after moving….just unpacking boxes. Made a very stressful situation easier and helped us when others left us high and dry. I will always recomend them!

We bought some long, HEAVYYYY furniture from an Irvine store-closing and knew this wasn’t an ordinary u-haul + friends moment. We shopped around for business trucks with a lift gate and none to be found. Let’s be honest, inexperienced movers would’ve flubbed this up or get injured. My injured back is not worth taking me out to lunch for helping you, lol.Then lightbulb, moving company! We chose Mathis Moving because we got an almost immediate response on Sunday, reasonable pricing and reserved a time slot for Monday. John showed up to the store from another appointment and walked me through what they were going to do. Heyo A+ customer service!Since we were both from Whittier, they knew my drop off really well. I almost didn’t have to give them the full address! The team was super helpful and nice. Leaving to pick up and to drop off was just about three hours.

Look no further- these people are the best. From moment one it was nothing but a perfect experience. John and Sandy were helpful, friendly and professional, yet very down to earth. John and his guys arrived on time. They were friendly and extremely efficient. They were in and out in no time. I couldn’t be happier with their service.
