So easy to see why they have five stars and why two friends recommended them for my move. Very quick response time, very good prices, Ava at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, the guys that moved us worked super fast but also careful. All our items are in perfect condition, the guys were soooo friendly, happy and smiling the entire move, even though it was suuuper hot. Already recommended to a friend who booked right away but would highly HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to move.

We bought some long, HEAVYYYY furniture from an Irvine store-closing and knew this wasn’t an ordinary u-haul + friends moment. We shopped around for business trucks with a lift gate and none to be found. Let’s be honest, inexperienced movers would’ve flubbed this up or get injured. My injured back is not worth taking me out to lunch for helping you, lol.Then lightbulb, moving company! We chose Mathis Moving because we got an almost immediate response on Sunday, reasonable pricing and reserved a time slot for Monday. John showed up to the store from another appointment and walked me through what they were going to do. Heyo A+ customer service!Since we were both from Whittier, they knew my drop off really well. I almost didn’t have to give them the full address! The team was super helpful and nice. Leaving to pick up and to drop off was just about three hours.

Andrew, Mario and Cesar were superstars. They actually ran in between moving complicated heavy furniture. So many issues came up and they had that ” can do ” attitude. They were polite efficient and worth every penny. The office staff was also kind and thorough. They connected our fridge, put the mirror on a dresser after hours. Highly recommend.

This is a really good company. The lady who answers their phones and does the scheduling is nice, efficient, and thorough. The movers were good people who worked hard. They were careful with my stuff, and they were efficient and polite. They were very grateful for even the simplest things, like a bottle of water or the tip. I am so glad I found them. Even with a 10% gratuity, they were still more economical than their next closest competitor. So, I can definitely give a solid recommendation for this company! I am glad I picked them.

I’ve had a lot of movers over time, and this company by far has been the best! I went with them based on reviews. While other companies had a larger volume of reviews, this one had the most positive reviews and I can see why! Eva at the office helped me with the estimate and scheduling. I even had to reschedule and her team was awesome in helping me with that. On moving day, Charro and his crew (Andrew and Chris) arrived on time at 8:15. They worked very well together in coordinating what to take out and in which order, as well as what order to bring things in at the other location. They communicated with me and each other all along the way. They were very kind, polite, patient and professional. They were very careful so nothing was broken, damaged or scratched. Charro was very particular about putting the reclining chairs and couches back together, and we really appreciated that! This team was truly stellar and we are so grateful for them having made this process so smooth! I highly recommend using them!

John and his team were extremely professional, helpful and moved all of our belonging flawlessly to our new home. They were accommodating to our request to move additional furniture into our garage and assisted in moving new furniture we had delivered. I highly recommend this company.
